Virtual Design
My virtual design service includes all the resources you need to order and install the furniture yourself.
I’ll need some information.
You will share photos, measurements, or even a video tour of the space. We will then connect via video or over the phone to discuss your budget for the project.
Research.
Research, research, research. Based off of this I will make informed design decisions that target your ideal guest for the area, key amenities and create a unique, one-of-a-kind experience.
Next will be…
I create mood boards to visually represent the proposed design concept, including colors, textures, and style. These mood boards will provide links to purchase the recommended items.
The Install.
I will offer support and help implement the design through the mood boards, video or phone conversation. After your items are purchased and delivered to the home you will be responsible for the install.
Full Autonomy.
As an investor myself I understand the importance of purchasing/building an STR and launching it in a timley manner. The goal is for you to trust in me to create an experience for your guests and start generating income for your investment as quickly as possible.
Full Re-Design
An investor with little time? No problem, I handle everything from start to finish! Essentially making this an ‘all hands off‘ experience for you.
